 What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy? 

Mō te whakangungu o te rangi nei, kārekau he  painga tua atu i te hōtaka o te rangi nei! E kore rawa te puna a Mihi e mimiti ki a Vicki rātou ko Dorothy, ko Keriana!

Ko te kaupapa matua o te rangi nei, ko te whakahonohono. Ko te whakaaro nui o roto, me tohatoha ngā taha e rua. Kārekau he painga mēnā he kaha nō tētehi te tohatoha, heoi anō, he ngoikore tērā atu ki te tohatoha. 




What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional? 

Ngā mea katoa e pā ana ki ngā Paenga Kūkara! I kite maarire ahau i ngā mea hei whakatika whēnei i ngēnei e whai ake nei:

Ko te taha whakanikoniko (appealing):

  • Kaua e maha rawa ngā GIFs hei whakaware i ngā ākonga
  • Kia rite te hanga o ia ripa/whārangi
  • Kia rua ngā momotuhi
Ko te taha aheinga (functionality)
  • Kia kaua e neke atu i te toru o ngā pāwhiri


What did I learn that could be used with my learners? 

  • Tānga Kūkara = Kua waia haere au ki te whakamahi  me te rau atu i ngā tānga Kūkara ki te paenga Kūkara, ki te Rangitaki hoki. Nā reira, ka tohaina au i tēnei akoranga ki ngā ākonga hei āwhina i a rātou ki te tāpiri ki to rātou rangitaki.
  • Ko tētehi tiwhiri pai mō ngā ākonga ko te tiki ake i ngā tānga Kūkara hei png whakaahua i te mea kārekau he tuarongo (background) 

What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow in my personal life?
